Every product is sent from our Europe Warehouse Facility. Our goal is to have this arrive at your named delivery address within 7-14 working days of when you place your order.

In the event that there is a problem with the goods, please contact us immediately.

We must be informed of the issue within 7 working days of delivery and will make every effort to achieve a speedy and satisfactory resolution.

If you wish to return a product for reasons not related to our fault, we will issue a full refund for your order, excluding the shipping costs to you and the return shipping to our warehouse.

Products must be returned at your cost, in the original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition. Note that if your product has scratches or signs of wear, you may not receive the entire refund.
